The tanks and armoured vehicles collection is property of the Royal Museum of the Armed Forces. Within the RMAF the section ground forces is responsible for this impressive part of the museum with more than 360 vehicles.

The Tank Museum and its volunteers aid the RMAF with the restoration and maintenance of these vehicles. They are stored in 3 different places: The Centre court of the museum, the Depot of Kapellen and the Depot of Vissenaken.

Here you can discover more about the depots, the vehicles and the weekly work of the volunteers. You will also find the events calendar and some descriptions of life as a volunteer in the Tankmuseum.
